Chiddingfold Cubs 30 Days Wild

Bike ride in the woods

What better way to spend an evening than a quiet evening ride through the woods on a bike… Who said quiet???! Not a chance!

Not with 18 Cubs aged 8 to 10, hootin’ and hoolerin’ their way along the tracks and paths at Tugley Woods!

Tugley Woods, Surrey

Tugley Woods near Chiddingfold in Surrey is a lovely spot, well known for Nightingales (we even heard them this evening over the noise of the Cubs) as well as rare butterflies such as The Purple Emperor and Wood Whites. Definitely worth a visit if you can. Though I’d avoid going at the same time as the Cubs!

What is 30 Days Wild?

30 Days Wild is an opportunity to make room for nature this June – no matter where you are or how busy your life is! Make this the month when you do something wild every day. When you sign up to the challenge, The Wildlife Trusts will even send you a pack full of encouragement, ideas and ‘Random Acts of Wildness’!
