Trees in the mist
I had to make a brief stop on the way to work this morning to run into the woods with my camera! I got a few funny looks….
Did anyone else enjoy the amazing mist this morning? It was a wonderful blanket sitting below the South Downs and into the weald around Midhurst. In town it was like thick fog but on the edge of the Downs it was thin and wispy.
I was in a rush to get to work this morning but couldn’t avoid stopping for some photos. Some others will follow tomorrow but for now here are ‘Forest edge’ above and ‘Forest floor’ below.
September and October are my favourite months. The mornings are magical.
